Abstract
Cultures are as diverse and large as the languages that belong to people are changing rapidly. Cultural change is reflected in the way it relates to language. Language greatly expands the amount of information that can be used in any human society and accelerates the acquisition of new skills and the adaptation of technologies to changing conditions or new, different environments. The use of language can explain any skills, techniques, products, methods of social surveillance, etc., and the end results of the invention of each can be presented to anyone who has the intellectual ability to understand what is being said. Languages, and the variations within them, play both a unifying and diverse role in human society as a whole. A common culture and a common language facilitate trade between people, as well as stimulate the learning of other languages and cultures.
