In Azerbaijan, the diversity of regions, cultural heritage, agricultural products, and
national cuisine demonstrates that our republic has strong potential in the field of tourism. Today, the formation of tourism oriented toward cultural nutrition and national cuisine as a strategic direction for the country further highlights the relevance of our research topic. To achieve the set objectives, we examined the theoretical foundations of gastronomic tourism in Azerbaijan, its current state, socioeconomic significance, problems, and future development prospects
