Abstract

The digitalization process necessitates the transformation of banks, the development of internal business processes, banking products and services, as well as the introduction of various types of innovations related to the business model as a whole. In this context, digitalization stimulates a wider distribution of remote service channels and the introduction of innovations by banks to 
maintain competitive positions in the market. As a result, modern banks strive to offer more flexible approaches to customer service, implement innovations faster and constantly monitor customer needs.
