PROSPECTS FOR THE USE OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE OIL REFINING INDUSTRY OF AZERBAIJAN

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the prospects for the use of innovative technologies in the development of the oil refining industry in Azerbaijan. To this end, the problems of the development of the oil refining industry in Azerbaijan are analyzed; attention is paid to the importance of strengthening the processes of using innovative technologies. The problems associated with the development, implementation and application of innovations in enterprises of the oil refining industry are presented. The issues of innovative development of science and technology, insufficient development of the innovation sphere in the country are considered. At the end of the article, recommendations and proposals are given in the direction of the possibility of using innovative technologies to accelerate the development of the oil refining industry in Azerbaijan in the near future.Research methods - the article mainly used scientific methods such as dialectics, analysis, comparison and generalization. On the other hand, the opinions of scientists and researchers conducting research on the use of innovative technologies in the development of the oil refining 
industry are also given.The results of the research are expressed by the possibility of using the results obtained in the article in the direction of intensifying the use of innovative technologies in the development of Azerbaijan's oil refining industry in the context of global challenges
