Abstract
The human element in organizations, the formal and informal arrangements for this element, the role, position and spheres of influence of human resource management in the organizational system are subject to sometimes visible and sometimes deep reinterpretations. However, defining the field of human resources management only in terms of new proposals or "techniques" makes it difficult to grasp the developments in this field. However, human resource management studies include theoretical and epistemological dimensions that depend on the environment in which they are produced, apart from the developments reflected in practice. For this reason, it is important to understand the intellectual foundations and problematics along with the structural features of the models proposed under the umbrella of human resource management.
