FORMATION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE AGRICULTURAL FIELD

Abstract

 The existing principles, methods and features of legal regulation in agrarian entrepreneurship serve to ensure the effective establishment and stability of these relationships between agrarian subjects in the market economy, which is a chain of economic exchanges and legal contracts. In our country, the management of the sustainable development of the agricultural sector and its 
strategic points should be investigated, and the scientific principles of its management should be defined. In this case, achieving success in the development of various forms of entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector can lead to stable economic growth and the formation of healthy competition principles. In order to create favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship, the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan includes provisions related to the creation of conditions for the development 
of the economy based on market relations, the provision of guarantees for entrepreneurship, the formation and development of the competition mechanism, as well as the protection of competition.
