THE FORMATİON AND MAİN FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SHUSHA CİTY (18TH-21ST CENTURİES)

Abstract

The purpose of the research is the processes of formation and determination of the main features of the development of the Shusha city in the 18th and 21st centuries. The historical processes of the development of the city of Shusha are analyzed for this purpose. Key features of the formation of the city of Shusha as the center of Karabakh are given. The development of art history, textile sphere and other service spheres in the city of Shusha in the 18th-19th centuries is considered. Negative impacts 
and processes contributing to the distance of the city of Shusha from the status of the center of Karabakh in the 20th century under the former USSR are analyzed. The historical merits and works of the National Leader of Heydar Aliyev on the socio-economic development of the city of Shusha in the 1970-85s are especially noted. The strategic role of the city of Shusha after the Great Karabakh Victory in the region is summarized and the main priorities for the development of the city are determined taking into account the long-term perspective.The research method mainly consists of a number of scientific methods - analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization. At the same time, the scientific works of individual scientists investigating the processes of formation and development of the city of Shusha are taken into account.The results of the research are considered with the possibility of using the obtained scientific results, which can be used in the modernization of the structure of the economy and the preparation of complex measures for the development of the city of Shusha.
