JUSTIFICATION OF THE BENEFIT OF THE NEW TECHNOLOGIES APPLIED IN THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TO THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The result of increasing the use of computer technologies in new management approaches in enterprises in parallel with the development of new technologies in the management system and communication has resulted in the development of Enterprise Resource Planning software. Enterprise Resource Planning is a comprehensive software that enables companies to manage all their functions from production to delivery with the support of one system. Businesses have been making great efforts for the last 40 years to be able to use the resources they have effectively. Through this software, the total productivity factor has been determined to increase. Many resources owned by the enterprise act as one of the components affecting the utility. As one of the processes found in warehouse management, as a result of incorrect calculation of the remaining product, we can show that the product becomes a waste product as an example of the decrease in usefulness. Through the new technologies applied in the management system, it is possible to increase and develop communication between areas such as accounting, finance, sales, production planning, supply and logistics, quality management, and human resources. The main task of these systems is to manage all activities of enterprises in relation to each other. The goal of all software today is to be able to achieve efficient results in financial settings. The new technologies applied in the management system can visually show different work activities in enterprises in a single system, through different modules. These modules are useful for creating a workflow chain, managing the flow of information, and properly connecting the enterprise with customers and suppliers.
