Abstract

The development of tourism is highly valued for its important contributions to the modern world economy and its positive socio-economic results. It is considered as a decisive element in the structural policy of countries with economic and social potential and is considered a priority sector in market-type economies. The current state of tourism is evaluated according to its role in the growth 
of the gross domestic product and the solution of social issues. To assess the impact of tourism as an organized and planned industry, it is important to carry out a scientific assessment of its development.It would be very beneficial to improve the socio-economic results of tourism by paying due attention to the theoretical and practical significance of the methodologies and models used in researching, planning and organizing various aspects of tourism.
