Abstract

Many of the established and operating enterprises go out of business in a short period  of time and go bankrupt. One of the main reasons for this is often the improper management of a large  and comprehensive staff of enterprise activities. Of course, "staff management" does not mean  "directive management" inherited from the administrative emirate system. In the conditions of mixed  economic relations, the concept of "management" takes on an essentially new meaning. In contrast to  the administrative-emirate system, management in organizations under market conditions can be  flexibly changed in accordance with changes in the current environment and the influence of  some factors. Development of such internal staff management and ensuring its flexibility is one of the most important problems of the day. On the other hand, the process of improving economic methods in  enterprises and organizations is going very fast. In this regard, new people come to the management of  enterprises and organizations, and they, as well as the managers who worked in administrative  emirates, face various specific difficulties in the management of enterprises and organizations that they  encounter in their daily activities.
