Characteristics of the effective application of science to production

Abstract

If in the early days one of the main tasks facing the economic policy of independent 
Azerbaijan was the development and strengthening of the oil sector, the development of the non-oil 
sector is the basis of the strategic road map of modern Azerbaijan's economy. In order to achieve this 
goal, an "innovative" economic policy that is active in constant integration with science can be helpful. 
The development of science and its impact on product production is considered one of the optimal 
ways to overcome the problems that exist both in the country and in the world
