The financial resources on the development of small and medium enterprises in Azerbaijan

Abstract

Stimulation of small and medium enterprises by the government provides the 
development of industry, agriculture, tourism and other fields of economy as well as regions. Small 
and medium enterprises have a great role on the formation and development of Azerbaijan’s national 
economy, the creation of new workplaces and the improvement of people’s living conditions. 
Experiences show that, one of the differences between small and medium business and big business 
are the defining ways of them. Financing small and medium business firstly is formed at the expense 
of internal resources, including, company’s income, entrepreneur’s private funds and the other funds 
which are legal due to law
