Ways to minimize risks in agribusiness

Abstract

The article discusses the possibilities of improving the production structure of an enterprise and optimizing the production process. Analysis of the results and efficiency of the enterprise's production 
activities is carried out taking into account the risk of weather conditions. To take into account the risks associated with the possibility of adverse weather conditions, a stochastic optimization model was applied, including a two-stage decision-making process for the production and use of agricultural products. Based on this model, appropriate proposals were made to optimize the production process of the enterprise.
