The importance of the management system in the development of business entities was emphasized in the study. Also, tasks of managing processes in business entities, types of management effectiveness are indicated. The criteria to be taken into account in the assessment of management effectiveness were analyzed. Quantitative and qualitative indicators are distinguished in
