The purpose of the study is to assess the role of public-private partnership in the formation of the investment climate in post-conflict regions in a theoretical and practical context.The methodology of the work. The study used methods of comparative analysis of global experience, content analysis of official state documents and systematization of empirical data on the post-conflict economy.The applied importance of the research. Provides practical recommendations for optimizing public-private partnership mechanisms and improving investment policy in Karabakh and East Zangezur.The results of the research. The conducted analyses show that the PPP model accelerates the restoration of infrastructure in post-conflict areas, increases the attraction of private capital and creates an institutional basis for sustainable economic development.The originality and scientific novelty of the research. The scientific novelty of the work is that the regional specificity of the application of public-private partnership in post-conflict conditions is substantiated and a new conceptual framework is proposed based on the example of Azerbaijan
