WAYS TO DEVELOP THE KARABAKH ECONOMIC REGION ON THE BASIS OF "SMART" TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the ways of development of the Karabakh economic region on the basis of "smart" technologies. For this, the main directions of development and processes of activation of the Karabakh economic region are investigated. The main advantages of developments and approaches based on "smart" technologies related to the use of modern technologies are given. The main elements of the work done in connection with the use of smart technologies in the restoration of 
Karabakh are emphasized. The importance of wider use of modern technologies in accelerating the restoration processes of liberated territories is justified. Recommendations and proposals to accelerate the development of the Karabakh economic region on the basis of "smart" technologies are given in the modern period.Research methods - mainly scientific methods - dialectics, analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization are used. In addition, the scientific works of researchers conducting research on the development of the Karabakh economic region based on smart technologies are also mentioned.The results of the research - the scientific and practical results obtained in the article are explained by the possibilities of their use in the preparation of complex measures for the development of the Karabakh economic region on the basis of "smart" technologies and in the development of an action strategy
