Abstract

Of particular importance in the framework of the strategy of innovative development and increasing the competitiveness of the agrarian sector is the problem of the effective use of human resources. In this regard, one of the priority tasks of agrarian policy in the effective development of agriculture is to increase the role of the created personnel system. An important aspect of revising approaches to the need to form a personnel policy is the processes associated with updating the system of qualification requirements through the application of professional standards. The characteristic necessary for the implementation of a certain type of professional activity affects not only the professional interests of the employee in this area, but also the structure of personnel needs.
