Abstract

The article considers the process of rapid formation of financial turnover in our country is possible as a result of the process of reforms in the field of economics and law, as a result of the creation of a market infrastructure. One of the most important parts of the market infrastructure that is being formed in the new period is the GKB. In the world experience, the SCB is one of the most 
important options for providing the economy with finances, along with the banking sector and the state budget. Increasing interest in the mobilization of financial capital, the SCB ensures the multiple distribution of financial resources between various sectors and areas of the economy in a promising (promising) and profitable form, in favor of dynamically developing industries.
