The essence of management of human resources in the media

Abstract

The article examines the formation of the function and goals of human resource management, the conceptual foundations, the essence of personnel management in the media. Personnel planning, theoretical and methodological problems of human resource management. The author analyzes the scientific approaches of several researchers regarding the management of human resources in the media. In the article, special attention was paid to the stages of managing the formation of personnel of enterprises. On the basis of a comparative analysis, the content of the concept, importance, and features of "human resource management" were clarified. At the end of the article, the author gives his generalized conclusions on the topic under study.
